The Final Four shirts have been delivered. We will send them home with someone in your family.
Come one, come all! It is going to be a special night. Come to the school tomorrow evening and help send the girls to the Final Four in hopes of bringing back a state championship! The softball girls and coaches will have treats for everyone who comes to wish them off.
Tomorrow is Halloween and our annual Halloween Parade! Students can come dressed in their costumes! We will circle the church, weather permitting, starting around 8:10. If poor weather, we will move to the gym. Parents and community members are more than welcome to come watch and/or hand out candy!
Friendly reminder that there is no school on Friday for the softball game and no school on Monday for teacher PD.
Elsie Wright and Claire Gibson share a story with their creative pumpkins to our pre-school students. Both Elsie and Claire received the highest votes in a competition last week in Mrs. Franks research class. Congratulations ladies!

Ice cream was awarded at lunch to 1st, 3rd, 4th, and 11th grades for bringing in the most goods for our hurricane fundraiser.
7th grade research class made pumpkins based on a favorite book! Be sure to check them out at conferences!
SCOP is hosting a FREE Community Fallfest on Friday, Nov. 8th from 5 - 7 pm at the Church Pavilion and front of school. Activities: roasting hotdogs and s'mores, cookie decorating, pumpkin painting, haunted school tour, and hot chocolate. This is a FREE event for all ages! All children must be supervised by an adult.
Reminder that today is an early release day. We will release at 12:12. Parent Teacher Conferences are from 1:00-7:00. Students staying for aftercare will need to be picked up by 3:00 p.m. We look forward to seeing you today!
