The Lady Hornets made a run of their own, but the Rolla Lady Bulldogs were just too much today. The Lady Bulldogs win, 56-39.
The Lady Hornets held a 19-15 lead, but then the Lady Bulldogs went on a 15-3 run to end the second quarter. At halftime, the Lady Bulldogs lead, 30-22.

The Eagles were just too much to handle this evening. The Eagles take the very last Show Me Conference matchup by a score of 79-55.
It's halftime in St.E. The visiting Eagles head into the locker room leading 44-29.
We have a full house tonight!! The theme for the night is "Frat Boys"...we think they pulled it off.
The second half was more of the first. The game went back and forth, and the JV Hornets defeat the JV Eagles, 45-43, on a fade-away by Cole Wilde, with 2 seconds left.

3rd grade is learning about how craters form in the moon. What happens when the asteroids hit the moon? Space debris falls onto the earth. They used whiffles balls and shaving cream to show and understand this process.

6th social studies has been learning about China, Japan and Korea. Today each student brought in a food dish from one of those countries. The food was delicious. They were very creative.

The JV Lady Hornets tried to make a comeback, but fell short. The JV Lady Indians win, 34-25.
The JV Lady Indians are playing some pretty tough defense. At the half they lead the JV Lady Hornets, 23-10.

Hornet PEP Band would like to invite Alumni Band members to join them at home games to play along side of them. The home games for this Alumni event will be January 25 and February 2 (Homecoming). 7th and 8th grade classes made sugar cookies with Heartland Library. They did a good job decorating them and the best part was getting to eat them!
