It was a pretty tense second half. Both teams continued to play tough defense. But the Lady Hornets prevail in a 42-33 victory. They will play Saturday night for the championship at 7:00 pm vs the Eldon-Richland winner. Proud to be a Hornet!!

The JV Hornets continue the hot shooting tonight and played great defense. They pick up the victory, 56-42.

Overtime was not in our favor. Tigers get the win 76-73 in the first round of the Iberia Tournament.

It took the Hornets awhile to wake up in the first quarter, but they got their act together and tied up the ballgame at halftime, 37-37 vs the Stoutland Tigers.
The Lady Hornets come alive in the second half. The Lady Hornets used a 16-7 scoring margin in the third quarter to pull ahead. They defeat the Lady Bulldogs, 60-43. They will play the Osage-Belle winner on Thursday, Jan. 18th, at 7:00 pm.

In a continuation game after last evenings snow, the JV Hornets finish with Vienna. It was the Eagles getting the win, 67-36.

Due to some teams not wanting to travel in these extreme temps, the Osage tournament has been postponed until Wednesday. The Lady Hornets will play at 4pm, Jan. 17.
Some of our archers shot their first tournament at Loose Creek today. Harper Kemna was able to sign the line for shooting a 50 (perfect round). Duncan McDonnell qualified Tier 2 State with a 279. Abram Wankum qualified Tier 3 State with a 271. Claire Gibson qualified Tier 3 State with a 270. Way to start off the season!
