Congratulations to Landyn Fisher. He broke the JH school record in the discus, at the Russellville meet....TWICE. The old record was 34.06m. Landyn threw 37.29m, then turned around on his next throw and it measured 39.80m. Way to go Landyn.

The Scholar Bowl team competed in Districts this past weekend. Things didn't go as planned, but we had 2 scholars make the All-District team. Congratulations Sarah Backes and Sam Luetkemeyer.

Let's Give Cancer The Boot baseball game tonight was a victory for the Hornets. The Hornets put up 16 runs tonight getting the victory 16-1.
The Hornets host the Jamestown Eagles tonight in baseball it will be varsity only, start time 5:00. It is the NHS Cancer Awareness game, come out and support ALL the Hornets!!

Scholar Bowl Districts are being held at St. E today. We are hosting 6 teams, all vying for the championship. Go Hornets!!
The Hornet bats come to life in Game 2 today. They erupt for eleven hits en route to a 12-1 victory again at the Tipton Cardinals. They move onto the championship game of the New Bloomfield tournament tomorrow at the New Bloomfield. Game time is at 12:30. pm.
