Nothing is more heartwarming than seeing our 8th graders reading books they created to our preschoolers! We are already planning another collaboration for these two grades! Their books will be on display during conferences! Be sure to check them out! They are so good!📖 💛

The JH Basketball teams travel to Bunceton to compete in the SMCC Conference tournament. The Lady Hornets take on Tuscumbia Lady Lions at 5:00, the Hornets play the Jamestown Eagles at 6:15.

Student Community Outreach freshman boy members and Mrs. McDonnell helped at the Food Pantry at Helping Hands. Helping inside was Duncan McDonnell, Aiden Faulkner, Liam Gibson, Charlie Rowden, and Gavin Werdehausen. Also helping was Riley Holtmeyer who was outside loading cars!
We love that our students are learning how to give back to our community by volunteering!
We have more student groups signed up to help in months to come!
Preschool read Walter’s Wonderful Web and then we made our own webs out of play-dough. 🕷️
Keith Mueller with Three Rivers Electric Cooperative taught grades 3-5 about electric safety! We always enjoy when he comes to visit our school and students!

Lady Hornets scored the first 4 runs of the game. Cairo made a run at them, but 3 runs in the bottom of the 6th secured the win for the Lady Hornets. Final score 7-3. St. E will host the quarterfinal game on Saturday, Oct. 25th. Details coming later.
